Terms of Service

Effective starting: October 7, 2025

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the mobile applications, websites, and related services provided by Leaving Footprints, LLC (“Leaving Footprints,” "Mems", “we,” “us,” or “our”), collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you are legally permitted to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Services on behalf of another person or entity, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on their behalf.

Your Account

To use Mems, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering and to keep your account information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, you must notify us immediately.

User Content

By using the Services, you may upload, share, or otherwise make available photos, contact information, and other content (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your User Content, but you grant Mems a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, process, and display User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Services.

You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to upload and share User Content through the Services and that such content does not violate the rights of any third party, including rights of privacy, publicity, or intellectual property.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
• Upload or share content that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services, other users’ accounts, or related systems;
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services;
• Use automated means to access the Services or collect data from other users without consent.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Services, including software, designs, trademarks, and other proprietary materials, are owned by Mems or its licensors. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works of the Services.
